Vice President, Investment Banking & Advisory

NewSeed seeks an experienced professional to join our expanding investment banking team to focus on advisory assignments for growth-stage sustainable agriculture and food companies, specifically working with high net worth individuals and angel investors.  The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of relevant work experience in private wealth management for an institutional asset manager, a strong rolodex of private wealth clients, and an understanding of valuation and transaction structure.  Additionally, the candidate will have passed the Series 7 and the Series 63, and be a registered investment advisor.  Initially, compensation will be largely commision-based, with an opportunity to join a rapidly-expanding, highly-regarded team in a high-growth field.
